TGS Youth Training

A small-group training environment for young athletes focused on coordination, strength basics, speed, and confidence.

For athletes ages 7–12. No prior training experience required.

A Class-Based Training Environment

TGS Youth runs in a class-style, small-group training environment.

Athletes train together, move through the session as a group, and are guided by a coach the entire time. Everyone is working on the same age-appropriate skills, just at their own pace within the class.

At this stage, that structure matters. The goal isn’t to individualize every detail yet. The goal is to help them learn how to move well, listen, and train safely in a group.

This program is intentionally not semi-private or individualized training. Those models come later, once athletes have the coordination, focus, and maturity to handle them.

Who TGS Youth Works Best For

TGS Youth is a good fit for athletes who are still early in their training journey.

That usually means kids who:

  • Are new to structured training

  • Play one or more sports

  • Are still figuring out coordination and body control

  • Do better with clear direction and a coach leading the session

They don’t need to be strong.
They don’t need experience.

They just need a place where they can learn how to move, listen, and train the right way from the start.

What Training Looks Like

Foundational training done the right way

TGS Youth is real training, coached by the same staff that works with older and more advanced athletes. The difference is how it’s applied, not whether it’s taken seriously.

Sessions focus on:

  • Teaching sound movement patterns

  • Developing coordination and body control

  • Introducing speed and agility with proper mechanics

  • Building strength using bodyweight and appropriate resistance

Every movement has a purpose. Athletes are coached, corrected, and expected to pay attention to how they move.

The goal is to build a foundation that holds up as training becomes more demanding later on, not rush athletes into intensity they’re not ready to handle yet.

Coached, Supervised & Intentional

Every TGS Youth session is led by a coach and run with clear structure.

Athletes are taught how to move, given feedback as they train, and held to expectations appropriate for their age and experience. Movements are progressed carefully, and nothing is rushed for the sake of intensity or competition.

This isn’t free time in a weight room.
It’s a structured training environment where safety, attention, and quality movement come first.

Parents can feel confident knowing their athlete is being coached with purpose, not pushed for numbers or fatigue.
