For over a decade, True Grind Systems has used one training method to improve performance and reduce injury risk in youth-to-professional athletes. Athletes For Life brings that same method to everyone.
Every movement scales, and your coach tells you which version is yours. We coach 13-year-olds and 60-year-olds in the same class.
Every class is 50 minutes and led by a TGS coach. One unlimited membership, no tiers and no punch cards.
Not for a completion grade. For longevity, for true strength, and for whatever life brings next.
Come once a week or six. Every class is built from the same three parts, so whichever days fit your schedule, you always get a strength touch and a conditioning touch.
Foundational strength across the core patterns: squat, hinge, push, pull and carry, scaled to your level. The day to get stronger.
The same foundational patterns, trained for speed and explosiveness instead of load: jumps, throws, sprint mechanics and agility. The day to move fast.
Raise how much work your body can handle, how hard, and for how long. Intervals and circuits, no heavy load required. The day to build your engine.
Balance, core bracing, getting up off the ground with control, and rotational control rotate through class. Lower load, more body awareness.
The wildcard day. The format changes from week to week, and anything from the rest of the week can show up. Come ready for anything.
Strength and conditioning in one session. A welcoming, greatest-hits format, and a great first class whatever your level.
Six classes a day on weekdays, all before noon · two on Saturday. Full times below.
Twice a year, put the training to the test. Ten events, each measuring a research-informed marker of longevity and durable fitness. Your results add up to your AFL Index, a score you track and work to improve over time.
