Brandon Janecka

Coach & Owner

Brandon has over a decade of experience coaching youth, high school, collegiate, & professional athletes. His focus is on building strength and movement quality that supports long-term athlete development while reducing unnecessary injury risk. Brandon oversees the day to day at True Grind Systems.

Ian Perez

Coach

Ian works directly with athletes on the training floor, focusing on proper execution, consistency, and progression. He supports athletes by reinforcing movement quality, monitoring loads, and helping athletes stay focused and engaged throughout their sessions.

Tori LaBrie

Athletic Trainer & Coach

Tori brings a medical & performance perspective to the training environment. She works with athletes to support movement quality, injury awareness, and return-to-play considerations while collaborating closely with the coaching staff. Her role helps ensure training decisions prioritize both performance and long-term health.
