TGS Elite Training

Fully individualized strength training for athletes who require a higher level of assessment, customization, and ongoing adjustment.

Elite is intentionally limited and requires a defined commitment.

Who TGS Elite Is For

TGS Elite is designed for athletes whose fall outside a structured training system.

This may include athletes who:

  • Have a significant injury history or are returning from injury

  • Require frequent program modifications beyond seasonal adjustments

  • Are competing at higher levels with specific performance demands

  • Have plateaued despite consistent CORE training

Elite is not an upgrade.

It is a different solution for a different problem.

Why ELITE Exists

Structured systems solve most training problems.
That is why TGS Core works for most athletes.

Elite exists for situations where structure alone is not enough.

When an athlete’s history, movement patterns, or competitive demands require deeper evaluation and constant adjustment, a fixed system no longer serves them well.

Elite allows us to slow down, assess thoroughly, and build around the athlete rather than fitting the athlete into a program.

What ELITE Training Includes

TGS Elite training includes:

Complete movement and performance assessment

Fully individualized strength and speed programming

Ongoing adjustments based on response, recovery, & schedule

Continuous coach oversight and communication

Integration with injury management or return to play when needed

This level of support is reserved for athletes who require it.

How ELITE Training Works

Elite athletes do not follow preset templates or fixed progressions.

Training is built around the athlete’s current health, movement profile, competitive calendar, and response to training.

Programming evolves continuously and is adjusted as conditions change.

Elite is not higher intensity training.
It is higher responsibility coaching.

ELITE Commitment and Entry

Because Elite training begins with a comprehensive assessment and ongoing individualized program development, athletes enter Elite with an initial 12-week commitment.

This commitment allows our coaching staff the time and consistency needed to build, evaluate, and refine a truly individualized plan.

Elite training is billed monthly.
The initial assessment fee of $200 and the first month of training are collected upfront.

After the initial 12-week commitment, training continues on a month-to-month basis.

Elite availability is intentionally limited to ensure coaching quality and attention.
