What is an assessment and why is it necessary?

An assessment is our way of identifying what each athlete needs to help them increase performance as efficiently as possible. Click the following link to learn more about our ASSESSMENT.

What type of training is this?

STRENGTH: Individualized Training. We take a look at each athlete separately, targeting specific strengths and weaknesses by creating a custom workout plan. You can learn more about INDIVIDUALIZED TRAINING here. We keep the schedule for your strength workouts very flexible. You will be able to schedule your three strength sessions each week independently to accommodate any plans that might come up over the summer.

SPEED: Sessions will be a class atmosphere, twice a week. The schedule will be fixed and released to the athlete's as summer approaches. The speed will include acceleration, deceleration, top end speed, and change of direction.

Who is this program for?

This program is for collegiate athletes, including incoming freshman.

How long is the program?

This program is 10-weeks long, running from June 3rd - August 9th.

How much does this cost?

The total amount of the program will be $999 for the entire summer. That is 20% off what we would normally charge athletes receiving all of these features.
