Every TGS athlete is built on three pillars. The physical foundation to perform at full capacity. The technical control to apply that athleticism with precision. And the belief that turns training into results when competition is on the line. This is the framework. Everything else follows.

Most programs hand you a workout. TGS gives you a system. The Body-Control-Belief methodology isn't a tagline, it's the architecture behind every session, every drill, and every athlete we develop. You won't find it anywhere else because we built it.
Athletes should come ready to work. That means athletic clothing appropriate for intense training, clean indoor training shoes, a full water bottle, and a light snack if needed before session. We train for two hours. Come fueled, hydrated, and ready to move from the first minute.
Every athlete is different. If your athlete is coming in with a pre-existing injury or physical limitation, we ask that you disclose it during registration so we can plan accordingly. We will never push an athlete through pain or put them in a position that compromises their health. Modifications will be made where necessary to keep every athlete training safely and productively. When in doubt, consult your physician before registering.
Yes, from the designated viewing area only. Parents are not permitted on the training floor or to interrupt the coaches during sessions.
Life happens. If an athlete misses a session, there are no makeups or refunds for individual missed days. Each session builds on the previous one, so we encourage athletes to prioritize attendance for the full two weeks to get the most out of the program.
No experience necessary. Both camps are designed to meet athletes where they are. Whether your athlete has never touched a barbell or has been training for years, the program is built around teaching correct movement and developing real athletic foundations. What we do require is the right attitude: coachability, effort, and a willingness to work.
