Terms of Service for Circle51 DBA True Grind Systems

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Circle51, operating under the DBA True Grind Systems, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

True Grind Systems offers gym access complete with training programs that are coached and supervised by qualified coaches. Our services are primarily targeted towards athletes aged 10-17 years old.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you are responsible for:

• Adhering to all gym rules and regulations.

• Meeting monthly payment obligations as per your subscription (membership) agreement.

4. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash

• Credit/Debit Cards

• Venmo

• PayPal

5. Subscription Model

Our services are offered through a subscription (membership) payment model. Customers can request a refund or cancel their membership at any time without penalty.

6. Liability Release

By participating in training, exercises, and events with True Grind Systems, you acknowledge and agree to the following liability release:

"I acknowledge that I am participating in training, exercises, and events with 180 Performance Center LLC. In consideration for being permitted to participate in these activities, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, damages, known or unknown, which might occur as a result of participating in the program. I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim I may have against 180 Performance Center, Circle 51 LLC DBA True Grind Systems, 2 TJ’s LLC, owners, landlords, or insurers."

Furthermore, I, my heirs, or legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue 180 Performance Center LLC, Circle 51 LLC DBA True Grind Systems, 2 TJ’s LLC, owners, landlords, or insurers for any injuries or accidents that I may sustain as a result of training at this facility.

7. Termination of Access

True Grind Systems reserves the right to terminate a user's access to our services under any circumstance. User data will be retained upon termination unless a deletion request is made.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Users will be notified of any changes via email.
