Cancellation Policy
At True Grind Systems, we understand that schedules can change. To ensure smooth operations and provide the best service to all our athletes, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Assessment Appointments
Notice Required: Cancellations or rescheduling of assessment appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late Cancellations/No-Shows: If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment or fail to show up, a $50 late cancellation fee may apply.
Memberships
Cancellation: Memberships can be canceled at any time without penalty.
Notice Required: To avoid future billing, cancellations must be submitted at least 5 business days before your next billing date.
Training Sessions
Training sessions may be rescheduled/cancelled anytime.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided for missed sessions, assessments, or unused portions of memberships. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of True Grind Systems in cases of emergency or extenuating circumstances.
