How does this class work?

Get immersed into a fun and supportive system designed to empower young athletes to reach their full potential in sports and fitness. This class focuses on developing essential physical attributes that contribute to improved performance, injury prevention, and overall well-being.

Each workout will consist of:

A Proper Warm-Up

Upper & Lower Body Power

Speed & Agility

Age-Appropriate Strength

Age appropriate athletic training,

emphasizing proper form and technique.

Positive & Supportive Environment

We believe in fostering a supportive and encouraging atmosphere where children can thrive. Our classes promote teamwork, cooperation, and camaraderie, allowing your child to build new friendships and gain confidence along the way.

In consideration for being permitted to participate in these activities I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, damages, known or unknown, which might occur as a result of participating in the program. I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim I may have against 180 Performance Center, Circle 51 LLC DBA True Grind Systems, 2 TJ’s LLC, owners, landlords or insurers.

I, my heirs or legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue 180 Performance Center LLC, Circle 51 LLC DBA True Grind Systems, 2 TJ’s LLC, owners, landlords or insurers for any injuries or accidents that I may sustain as a result of training at this facility.

Who is this class for?

Anyone who's 8-13 years old.

It doesn't matter if they're aspiring athletes or simply want to stay active and healthy.

When and how long is this class?

This 60 minute class runs Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00pm - 7:00pm

What can I expect on the first day of class?

The class will always begin with an appropriate Warm-Up.

Then, you will move to Power. Here, you expect lots of jumping and Medicine Ball training.

After that is Speed & Agility. You can expect lots of sprinting, resisted running, stopping, fun competitions.

Finally, we have Strength. This will be all age appropriate exercises that consist of squats, lunges, push-ups, planks and everything in between.

How much does it cost?

1x/week = $100/month

2x/week = $200/month

3x/week = $300/month

Drop-In = $30

How big are the classes?

We currently have a limit of 10 athletes per class.

We are genuinely excited about this new addition to our System and believe that it will provide your child with valuable skills that extend beyond the gym. This class is not just about physical strength and speed; it's also about building confidence, discipline, and a positive mindset.
