1. What exactly is the Rise to Size?

The Rise to Size is a 10-week training and nutrition camp designed for high school athletes who want to add muscle, strength, and confidence... without losing speed or athleticism.


You’ll train, eat, and recover with intention while learning the habits that create long-term success on and off the field.

2. Do I have to train in-house to join?

Nope. You can join from anywhere.


We’ve built the program for both in-house and remote athletes.


If you train remotely, you’ll use our online training platform to track workouts, form, and progress. Still getting the same accountability as those in person.

3. What if I can’t make the live Intro Call?

No worries. The call will be recorded and posted in the online community.


You’ll just need to watch it before Saturday, November 22 at 12PM CT to stay on track for the first week.

4. How does the nutrition part work?

You’ll start with a Cronometer onboarding where we teach you how to build your nutrition the right way.


From there, you’ll get a macro plan and grocery guide built around your goals so you can fuel for growth, not just eat more.

We’ll coach you through it step by step.

5. What’s the training schedule like?

Every athlete will be delivered a 5 days per week training system.


The program blends strength, hypertrophy, and athletic movement so you can build size that actually transfers to your sport.


Sessions are designed to fit into busy school and practice schedules.

6. What kind of accountability is there?

You’ll have daily check-ins, weekly reflections, and education drops inside our community.


We also hold every athlete to a 3-strike policy. Miss three check-ins or assignments, and you’re out.


We’re here to coach athletes who show up.

7. Who is this for?

High school athletes who are serious about getting stronger, building muscle, and improving their overall performance.


Whether you’re a freshman looking to make a statement or a senior trying to dominate your last season... this camp is for you.

8. What if I’ve never tracked nutrition or trained consistently before?

Perfect, that’s what this camp is for.


We’ll teach you exactly what to do, step by step, and you’ll have a full support system keeping you accountable the entire time.

9. What if I already train at True Grind Systems?

Awesome! You’ll get the member rate of $500 and can complete your Rise to Size program in-house with coaching and community support.
