The high school gym sessions are written for a standard high school weight room setup. Athletes can complete them at school, at a local gym, or choose to upgrade and train at True Grind Systems under coach supervision.
No. All field/home-based workouts are bodyweight only and can be done anywhere.
Yes. Every session is age-appropriate, coach-approved, and focused on safe, quality movement over heavy lifting.
No problem. We recommend skipping the missed workout and staying with the current week’s schedule to stay aligned with the team. If time allows, athletes can make up missed sessions over the weekend.
