Frequently Asked Questions

Is this required?

The base program is included and expected for all Action athletes. Upgrades are completely optional.

Where are the gym sessions held for high school athletes?

The high school gym sessions are written for a standard high school weight room setup. Athletes can complete them at school, at a local gym, or choose to upgrade and train at True Grind Systems under coach supervision.

Do we need any equipment at home?

No. All field/home-based workouts are bodyweight only and can be done anywhere.

My athlete is new to training, is this safe?

Yes. Every session is age-appropriate, coach-approved, and focused on safe, quality movement over heavy lifting.

What if we miss a day or fall behind?

No problem. We recommend skipping the missed workout and staying with the current week’s schedule to stay aligned with the team. If time allows, athletes can make up missed sessions over the weekend.

How do I upgrade to in-gym or individualized programming?

Just scroll up to the Optional Upgrades section and click the sign-up link that matches your preferred option.

Who do I contact with an injury or concern?

Please click the “Contact Tori Now” button and fill out the short form. Tori is our on-site athletic trainer and can assess injuries, recommend treatment, or guide you on the next steps.
