Before you sign up.
Is $100/month the regular price?
No. $100/month is our launch price for founding members who join before October 1. The standard rate is $125 — your $100 rate is locked in for as long as you stay enrolled.
Do I need to already be in shape?
No. Every movement scales to your level, and your coach tells you which version is yours. We coach 13-year-olds and 60-year-olds in the same class.
How long is a class, and how early should I get there?
50 minutes, start to finish. Arrive 5–10 minutes early for your first class.
